No smear test for four years

until yesterday. I came on here at Christmas to ask how I could get a smear without going to the gp. Yesterday I went to Marie Stopes in London and it was all over in 15 minutes, and most of that was paperwork. It was £50. Cheers!

Smear test - all clear
Chlamidia - all clear (decided to get that sorted too)

That was after some bloody painful treatment 6 years ago for abnormal cells so was dreading this one.

(embarrassed to admit it but Jade G deserves an honourable mention for motivating me by showing me that it can kill)

Its something that I have always tried to put off but I now make sure I am up to date
with my tests. Jade is a sad reminder that cancer can pick on anyone

Well done Staggers. But don't leave it so long next time, especially if you had treatment for abnormal cells before.
