what is wrong with me this week

monday morning woke up with dizzyness, sickness, fever, shakes, cold sweats , sore throat and very bad cough, i couldsnt move from the sofa till yesterday, went to docs today he gave me anitbiotics for my cough as i thought i felt a bit better how wrong was i,

i just went to asda with dd (dp is away training) and all os a sudden i broke out in a horrible sweat it was dripping off my face my t shirt was soaking an so was my hair i went and sat in the loo for 10 mins and wiped my self down, everyone was stareing at me i was so ebmabrssed i felt like i was going to faint it wasnt even hot in there, have i got a bug or something i ma going to docs on tue for a blood test but that is for thyroid,

help me someone

i feel like im going to faint all the time im fine when im siting down but as soon as i move i feel like crap my sheets were soaking from sweat this morrning

Sounds nasty - There seems to be a lot of chest / throat things going round at the mo. Sounds like some sort of viral thing (although I'm no nurse !)

what pissed me off was there was a nurse in the que in front of me in asda she kept looking at me but didnt ask if i was ok

nickola, I had a bug like this last year - dh was working away from home at the time. My temp went up to 102 and I couldn't get out of bed on my own. My neighbours had to look after the dds until dh came back (he was working at the other end of the country and had to pack in his job early). It took me 2 weeks to recover. However it was just a virus that got a stranglehold (I was quite run down before I got it) - there was nothing GP could give me.

Depens how fit you were before you got it and what strain you have. It is common to wipe you out for a week though.

Though TBH, I am surprised the dr didn't mention it if he/she saw hw ill you were. They would know if there was flu going round your area.

Sounds like you need to go to bed and have some TLC.

when the doc listened to my chest me said how sweaty i was but thats all, ive been run down for a while , supose that dont help well dp gets back tommorw so i can get some prpoer rest x

i cant be ill all weeknd its best friends birthday im gonna dose myself up and eat some fruit and go to bed with dd x thanks ladies x
