Title says it all, really. I am having "stomach issues" and have a not too high fever. It all started yesterday about 8 miles into a half marathon (I finished, appallingly slow, but yay!). Have barely eaten since then - nothing today - and desperately want to go to a class from 6.15-8pm tonight. I've taken ibuprofen which is keeping down the fever a bit and not eating helps, but I think I'll need to have at least something before then.
Any tips? Tricks?
