Sex after a repair- info?

Have also posted this on Relationships.

Have you had an anterior repair? Has it affected sensation during sex?

I had one almost 20 years back. Problem is that now I feel very little during penetration. Perhaps it has been like this for ages and now I am just getting more demanding/higher expectations? Our sex life was in the doldrums for years due to teenage kids around and I had another medical problem which meant we were celibate for years....

Now, I am trying to patch up our marriage after it has been a bit fragile- and sex is on the cards again.

I feel very little during penetration and although I know this can be "normal" wonder "how normal"? I am even wondering if DH is small- girth wise? Feels a reasonably tight fit, but forgotten what anyone else was like!!

I find I am just waiting for him to get it over with- feel very very little.
