I'm looking at investing in a new one, to use instead of a chair while sitting at my desk (doing this will give me a miraculously toned tummy and slim waist, right? )

My old one was very cheap and has a tendency to slowly deflate while I am sitting on it. Not helpful

I've been looking on Amazon, and they really vary in price. I want to get one that comes with a pump included - they vary in price from about £12 - £25+. I'm just wondering if the price makes a difference, and if you get what you pay for? I'm not fussy about brand, colour, blah blah - I just want to know it won't deflate on me!!

Any recommendations?

Most of them deflate. So go for the one you fancy. (ex pilates teacher) One of the best things for stronger tummy muscles is to pull your tu mmy in all the time, by about 30% and hay presto they get stronger and gives you better posture making you look taller and slimmer. (as she reaches for the strwaberry bon bon while pulling in her tummy !!)
