I keeep getting tiny bumps on my hand(s) - what could it be and could it be pregnancy related?

A few weeks ago my left palm side of my fingers became all bumpy, and swapped between red little dots and little bumps. It took ages to go away and now suddenly this morning I have them spread across the top of my hand. It looks like my hand has been in nettles, but skin coloured bumps, not white. GPs answer to everything is 'dry skin' so there is little point going there (incidently, DS2 (18m) has a massive rash up the side of his torso ("dry skin").

Sounds like you need a referral to a dermatologist?

Not for 'dry' skin I won't I'll see how it goes (seems to have settled) and if it comes again I'll ask for a different GP Thanks
