Have only recently started using them again due to being pg and bf, but:

(whisper) I can't hold a tampon in. It won't stay in, it sort of pushed itself out. I know I have a cystocele (prolapsed bladder) and rectocele (prolapsed bowel) oh yes, and a degree of uterine descent (pelvic floor shot by the sounds of it!) Have seen GYN who says oh dear, nothign we can really do til you finish your family. Which makes sense and I'm not really complaining about that. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same prob?

Oh, please please don't suggest Kegels or I might shoot myself. I was doing 500 a day during pregnancy and it got me NOWHERE!

How long has it been since the birth? Hate to say it but it might just be a case of waiting and trying each month - hopefully it'll work eventually! Feel v. sorry for you.. must be a right pain. Perhaps you could try the good 'ol 'moon-cup'?

Mooncup

10 months, but she's my 3rd in 4 years. Will certainly consider mooncup, had a look in Boots yesterday but since we are ttc #4 might put it off a bit.
