getting wisdom tooth out, can I drive?

Hi, I have to have one impacted wisdom tooth out tomorrow morning. I am having local anaesthetic and no sedation. The letter says nothing about driving and I have had one taken out at dentist b4 and been fine to drive, but this is a complicated op.
