hi choclab,

i have ha too. I take citalopram, i've been on them for 6 years now. I also suffer from periodic depression. I finished my cbt last august and have felt that it has helped me a great deal. It helps me to rationalise things instead of instantly thinking of the worst case scenario. Are you still receiving cbt? I would'nt worry too much about the pills, i've not found the side effects to be too bad.

choclab · 17/03/2010 13:26

hi ,
iv been given 10mg to take .(same ones as you)
im just worried bout side effects , im lke it with any kind of pills ....
i have had a little cbt, and bought a book on it and when i get time to read it it makes total sense to me and how i am .
i try to rationalise my thinking but find it very hard at times .

nice to know though im not alone with this .
