tingle by left shoulder blade

i have a tingle /cold feeling in my left shoulder blade any idea what it could be thanks no pain any where else

It sounds like a frozen shoulder. If it is, it's usually stress/bad posture. I don't suppose you spent a lot of time at a keyboard do you.

Massage will help but that won't treat the causes. Poor you.

I thought a frozen shoulder was one that you can't move? not one that feels cold!

I had the job from hell for a couple of years, in IT so lots of keyboard stuff as well, and my shoulder froze up and didn't unfreeze until 3 months after I started a new job.

I just got used to part of me being a big numb lump.
