Im trying not to be a panicker but I have found a pea size lump on the bit of skin that I can only describe as the bit that sometimes you have to get cut when your giving birth (episiotomy?)....it doesn hurt but is uncomfortable, it has definately never been there before.

Anyone?

could be a blocked gland, or hair follicle, or merely a spot.

Do not worry that it is cancer- vulval cancer is very rare and doesn't show as lumps like that.

I bet it will disappear soon.

Just one thought- have you/your partner had any unprotected sex as gonorrhea/syphalis etc can give you painless lumps.
