Have you had any dietary advice to improve your iron levels - for example tea, coffee, milk all can lower your iron levels and vitamin C helps boost iron because it helps with absorption.

Floradix can be taken in orange juice - I don't like it but I know people he do.

i went to chemist today they had floradix , the pharmacist said contains 60mg of iron , not sure now if i should take it or not ?

doctor said was lower end but did not prescribe iron for me as not anemic , as im lower end and feeling tired , would it be ok to take floadix to help build back up iron as ferritin is 14 , normal range is 13-130

and iron is 12.8 , normal range 12.5-15
