do i need an osteopath or a chiropractor?

knackered back. not getting any better. just a low level niggle most of the time and a high level ouch some of the time (after a hard day at work).

what do i need? apart from drugs which don't make me itch.

You need a physiotherapist.

One who is registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC).

Osteo has always helped me. Especially with lower back / hip niggles. Sorted in about 2 sessions.
