bang on head

had to take ds2 to hospital last night after falling out of a tree. He had whacked his head and his ribs etc. ent us home as nothing was broken.
This morning he says he has a headache and doesn't look very happy. Should i be worried, should i go back to the hospital with him. He's 6. Advice please.

As he been sick at all? I think I would phone GP for advise. If he starts to be sick, lose consciousness, become disorientated or developes pins and needles or numbness etc then take him straight to hospital.
