DS is now 8 mths old used to love running and doing fun runs 10ks halfs etc but totally totally unfit now. Had a C/S and need some motivation to get running. Going to start tomorrow !
GOing to take it easy - walk for 3 mons run for 4 mins and repeat that 4 times..... would love some support!
Aim is to build on that week by week -until running 30mins ... next week is walk 2 mins run 5 mins repeat 4 times ...
