I have just had an op 4 weeks ago to repair a rectocele prolapse.
This was discovered after visiting the gynae because of heavy dragging sensation when standing or after sex. The lips bulge when I sit on the loo.
The problem is, even after surgery my vaginal lips still bulge on both sides when on the toilet.
I was expecting things to still ache being only 4 weeks post op but not to be bulging the same.
Most people with a prolapse seem to get a bulge just inside the vaginal entrance, like a ball. Even the gynae said it wouldn't cause swelling at the sides...so what is???
Anyone ever had anything like this?
