I feel sluggish and tired alot.
Im wondeering whats causing it.
Iv been like it for ages but now its worse.
I just seem to be able to (not that I do) go to sleep if I wanted at any time really.
I do have boubts of energy and mainly its when Im busy but the min I stop I feel shattered.
Im a stay at home mum and work 9 hrs a week over the week. I swim 3-4 times a week in a swim club and love it.
I dont do alot in the day but little bits of running a house/the usual.
Im wondering if its what I am eating and drinking.
I have coffee& lots of bread.
WHat foods can give me energy and what should I avoid?
