colonic hydrotherapy(irrigation)

Just wondered if anyone has had this treatment done? was it worth the money(£60) and did you feel the benefits afterwards? and was it painful? tia

i have had it done and it was great. I have always had really bad IBS since small child and can honestly say that this makes you have had a spring clean.
If you are having it I would prepare by eating healthily and drinking loads of water before as this will help you optimise the results.
It is slightly strange, there is no denying that! However, i have now had it done about 6 times and if i could afford it more often would have it done.
