Do you think I shoudl try docs first or dentist?

I genuinely have no idea which is better but both are a hassle so am going to see what you think.
For about a week no have been having horrible headaches, starting just under my left eye up to my forehead and down to my upper jaw, but no pressure pain. yesterday and today the pain is just in front of my left ear which is making my jaw hurt and also spreading up to my eye.
I tried drinking mroe water to make sure it wasn't dehydration heqadache as I get them but ibuprofen is the only thing that seems to be shifting it.
So, docs or dentist?

I don't have any medical qualifications - but could this be a sinus infection? I would try the pharmacist in the first instance, then see what s/he recommends.

It's not near my sinuses, it's more round to the side on the end of my cheekbone.

It's such a PITA to either schlep both DD's to doc or dentist and then if I am told I am in the wrong place I'll have to do it again, or find people to watch them twice, which is just as much of a pita!

It's really making my head all fuzzy though.

i woudl go for docs, since you have to pay for the dentist though in my case, i did go to dentist, had to pay to be told it was nothing, hence on to docs.

Slarty, good point, would be less pissed to be in the wrong place for free...
Don't think it is stressed, I don't tend to get headaches when tense.
