multi vitamins

everytime i take a multi vitamin i seam to get palpatations .. has anyone else had this?

Not palpitations, but if I take multivits with iron I always feel very nauseaus (sic??)unless I take them with food.

My and my DH are hopin gto ttc soon, but the pregnacare i take give me palpatations :-(
