I'd be interested in using something like this for helping to stop scoffing chocolate eat more healthily and also to relax / destress.

Anyone got any experience and would you recommend?

Thanks!

I've got 'I can make you thin' book plus CD, I have to say I've never listened to the CD, the book seems reasonably sensible. Anyway if you want it just CAT me and I will happily send it to you, I don't want it any more.

lol if you haven't listened to the CD that's not a great recommendation! I don't have CAT, thanks though.

i listened to the cd a lot and it didn't have any effect on me. i have however managed to lose my weight using a low gl diet.

His principles are very sound - eat what you want when you're hungry, stop when you're full - so if you follow them then it works - same could be said for SW / WW etc.

I've got book and cd and when I listen to CD daily /practise then yes it does work - guess its just you need to make it a habit that becomes a way of life.

They certainly work for him!

TopoftheMorning · 27/02/2010 09:00

lol seeker! I guess it's all a matter of how you change your habits, perhaps the CDs work by reinforcing the idea, for some people. But probably not the short cut I was hoping for....

I've used his book and cd and had varied success. If you listen to it every day and stick to his rules, you do eat a whole lot less and as a result I did lose weight. However...I just found when you gotta have the chocolate...you gotta have the chocolate!! It hasn't cured me of the cravings!

Have to say - I don't want to damn his CD by saying I never listened _ I lost the need to lose weight because I was ill and lost weight anyway. So never really used it. I should have made that clear
