Recurring colds

I have never remembered having so many colds in a short period of time.

Since the beginning of december i've had 4 colds and i feel another coming on now.

Is there anything that can be causing teh frequency of these colds?

i think it is because the weather cannot make its mind up. that and the fact that everyone i speak to has a cold and i seem to catch it.

i have started washing my hands a lot more, dettolling everything insight on a night before i go to bed, and when i am at work!

if you have air conditioning at work that spreads the germs, we have it and we have decided to ban the use of it, if we are hot we have to open the windows and freeze for a bit! lol
