Advice on contraception, please!

After fertility treatment (ICSI) I conceived my DD, now 3. Since we didn't think we were fertile we didn't bother with contraception but hoped for a miracle! Well the miracle is now 6 months old and we have been using condoms but would rather not. However, we don't want any more children so what is the best contraception that is not going to make me depressed or turn me into a hormonal monster?

How about your partner having a vasectomy. After all you've been through it could be his turn? But you do have to wait some months after for it to work. And are you 100% sure you don't want another little miracle?
Or a copper IUD (coil) is hormone free and very reliable and lasts for 10 years which is handy.
the FPA website has lots of info on the details
good luck!
