I had a diagnosis of PMR before Christmas.The steroids are making me almost completely pain free and I have my mobility back but I HATE what they.re doing to my face. My face has gone all baggy and swollen. But I can't face coming off the tablets and being riddled with the pain again. Then I look in the mirror and don.t recognise the face looking back at me and feel very low. What to do?
