Anyone else still wincing at every step? Back at physio but I have to say it's doing nothing at all. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to see the obstetric physio as DS is over 12 months so I'm being treated by someone with good intentions but very little experience of the condition. Wondered if anyone has managed to find anything that might help to get things back to normal?

A visit to an osteopath helped me. I was never sure it would last, but walking pain-free for a week or so was well worth the outlay. We also changed our mattress to a pocket sprung one with memory foam topper and I swear that helped too.

Chiropractor or oestopath will sort it out.

Have you looked at pelvicpartnership?

Thay can recommend physios, osteos, chiros etc who know what they are doing wrt pelvic pain. I have been treated by a few practitioners who have made matters worse until I knew more about it. Will find linky.

OMG, herbietea this is precisely the sort of thing I didn't want to read, but I ought to! I'm so sorry you've had to endure all this and it's obviously still not over. I wish you good health. Thanks to nicky for the link, I shall be doing my best to get this sorted. Hobnob, I had the best osteopath when I lived in London and saw him post birth for a few months before relocating to Liverpool and as DH took a MASSIVE drop in wages, I just can't afford it now. I did hear that it'll be on the NHS at some point, may badger my GP forthwith! Thanks to everyone for suggestions.
