I am 32 and have been suffering with PMS for the last few months, it's a build up the week - to 2 weeks before my period and when my period starts I feel ok again.
I have been reading on various websites that vitamin B6 can help with PMS symptoms when taken in 100mg doses. I have been to the chemist and the highest strength is 10mg. When I asked the pharmacist he wouldn't recommend I taken any more than the dosage on the packet???
Does anyone already take it or recommend a way to take it.
Any help would be appreciated.
