my man flu, I have had a stinky cold for 4 days now, temp, sore throat, aches, snot, headache, every bit of me hurts, everytime I go to sleep or my tablets wear off I feel worse. I walked round the corner today and have spent the rest of the day with my legs killing.
I keep having cold sweats and I have been off work for 2 days, don't seem to be getting any better. Could it actually be something else, should I go and bother a doctor?

sounds like real flu ! you might need antibiotics if you are coughing up green phlegm, other than that you might just need rest, fluids and paracetomal.. can you see the doc or get a phone consultaions?

sounds like a bad cold. - I don't think you get a runny nose with flu, or do you? Will be corrected if wrong, no doubt

You can be down with a stinking cold for a week or so!

Are you able to go to bed? sleep is the best thing. Sleep and chicken soup.

am having trouvble sleeping as in too much pain, not coughing anything revolting up, tried to look at my tonsils but had to use dd's pink torch which funnily enough made them look really red also my face hurts, which I have never had before, I couldn't say if it is my ears, throat or sinuses just kind of my whole face, even my teeth hurt.

to be in this much discomfort and so on, a trip to teh quack's is in order ... hope you feel better soon x
