Hi yes I have the power of 3 - it's a fab workout but you really must be able to stick to the workouts or there will be no results especially if you are just relying on this way to lose weight. Anyway good luck, I'm still trying to lose baby weigh after last dd 4 years ago

I have never used any exercise videos or dvds so wouldn't really know which to recommend. I should imagine you'd have to work pretty hard to build up a sweat!

If you can I'd try and up your exercise levels as well as eating well by going for lots of brisk walks to start with, maybe taking one of your children in a buggy with you... Although a double buggy might be rather more tricky! There are some buggy based exercise classes around.

I'm about to start some exercise classes, which I can take my baby to, but of course it's harder to attend if you have more than one child.

Good luck with your exercise!

Don't know the Davina workout, but I just want to comment on the 2 stone in less that 3 months. That's an awfully high goal (I think I'd have a hard time making that happen and I'm 5'11!) Maybe you're more disciplined than I am but if I were you, I'd set a few goals - one ultimate, one aspirational, one attainable, etc. Just to keep from being frustrated with myself if I didn't make that ultimate goal. Anyway, good luck!

Davina is really good - I find that if I rely on going to the gym I never will because it's such an effort to get there. But there is minimum effort to get ready for doing the DVD and you don't have to worry about childcare etc. You have to do it 3 times a week for it to make a difference. It is surprisingly hard work, but you get used to it pretty quick.
