Anyone on the giving up smoking train?

Day 2 and the cravings are driving me insane -even with a patch.

There has been a definite shift this past year though. before, it was always a case of me 'resisting' the call of the evil weed.
This time, I actually feel so relieved not to be a smoker.
I actually pity my husband for still smoking.

I had my last cigarette on 20th Feb after reading Allen Carr's book (after 23 years of smoking). I haven't wanted a cigarette since and my DP still smokes!!
