I get awful PMT the week before my period is due. I am very irritable, angry and depressed and can struggle with my kids. My periods ae also very heavy and painful

Any other time of the month I am fine and the mood swing is quite dramatic

What can I do?

are you on the pill? could you go on it? or change the one you are on? I have just changed my pill and accrding to my husband am like a different woman

No not on the pill. My DD is 7 months and my periods have only just come back as I am still breastfeeding. I might try it
