Bruises?

I had a shower earlier and my legs, one in particular has loads of bruises. Mainly the bottom half. The other leg has a few. I don't remember knocking myself, especially this much but this does seem to keep happening and it is always my legs.

Any ideas why?

Shopping bags, I do this all the time, I hit my legs when I am carrying the shopping from the supermarket.

I can't carry shopping bags as I have M.E./CFS. Its definately not that as my DH has to do all of that for me.
