The coil without hormones, side effects?

I had a coil (I know it is not called that any more but the one without hormones)

Anyway I wondered if it would have any effects on moods as I have been feeling reall hormonal since having it fitted. I feel a bit out of control and odd a bit like pmt but all the time! Am I imagining it or could the coil cause this? TIA

I don't think there is any real evidence but I too had one of these and I ended up pulling it out myself (not recommended!). Google copper sensitivity though and you might be surprised what comes up.

Ouch! Ok thank you will do I hadn't thought of the copper thing all I know is I feel worse than I have since being pg with DD and have bled every day since having it fitted three weeks ago.

Just restarting this as I need info

Lots of bad things going on and I don't know if it is for this reason but I think it is

Bloating (like pregnant)
Skin and hair issues
Irritable
It does not stop there

Thinking they put the wrong one in or what!

Help!

(sorry dd1 poured water on the laptop so a lot of letters and things like periods and questions don't work! Hope people understood what I tried to say! Thanks)

emmabemmasmom · 13/02/2010 14:14

Help! Anyone!

Due to the water on the laptop the letter 'see' does not work! I went through 25 pages in this topi but didn't find anything and typing it in searh won't work with no 'see' see! lol

Oh god this is a pain!

Have posted here with same issues - will be going to GP this week to have it removed!

Thank you for that link. Seems like we are part of the few that this effects in a bad way. I so wish there was a pill my DH could take as I am so done with all this! lol

emmabemmasmom · 25/02/2010 12:57

Yeah!!! Had mine removed this morning thank god. Already feeling so much better but can't wait for the next few days. Never again lol
