out of nowhere in last five minutes...obviously in pain, really crying penis really swollen, head looks inflamed...he is 20 months...shall we go to casualty? out of hours dr calling back!

thanks dinny and hmo2 and all of you....i wish i'd had more time to read thread before jumping in car to out of hours appointment, i'd have been much less worried (was quite scarey when dr took one look and said take him to hospital, but then phoned hospital who said [reading between the lines] bugger off and give him some antibiotics)....dh blanched visibly...

DH had this as a baby - he found he could wee after the flair up and eventually they sewed the forskin back - it was a simple op and he has been fine ever since, but it could have just been some sort of irritation - hope he gets better really soon.
