Can say no to pringles and fruit pastels dead easy.... I am not a crisp fan and fruit pastels would make my teeth hurt.

My Nana came round for lunch today & brought a yummy roast chicken & some WW bagels with her bless her (didn't know WW did bagels until today!) so lunch was very low in points, pasta bake for dinner & I've just had a Bakin boys cupcake with a cuppa

Just eaten DH's yummy curry with sag aloo which I made and a little smidge of rice. And a beer.

Evening all, I went out to Bring a dish night, dropped my friend off who I'd promised a lift, took in my dish and scarpered off home. My left bum cheek is spasming with my sciatica and I would have stuffed my football face with all the food, really just wanted to come home.

why does he do it? ds2, everytime i got to the loo, he follows me, gets his potty, puts it as close to me and the loo as is humanly possible, and sits, so his head is level with my arse

Sazzles, I'm very lucky that I have my Nana. My mother is a toxic parent & I've had more step dads then I've had hot dinners. My Nana practically rasied me & I'd be lost without her. She took a fall the other day & it was really upsetting made me realise how fragile she can be (she's usually such a tough old bird). So proud of her though, she's on WW too & has lost 4 stone so far
