Is this kidney pain

I have breath taking pain in the right side of my back, just where the love handles would appear...it's definitely not muscle related..the pain is also making me feel sick..I have no temperature

Could also be gallbladder. Is it worse when you have eaten fatty foods? Dark urine and pale, foamy poo?

Any cyctitis? Blood in your urine? (red/brown)

That sounds like it needs checking by a doctor. It could be a UTI/kidney infection or a renal calculi (kidney stone). If it's really painful then you should go to A&E, they can do an x-ray to see if there's a stone there rather then go to the GP and wait. How severe is the pain?

I'd say it's probably a stone.
