what is on ds toe???

It's not a verucca! It's under and on the side of his middle toe. It's like a brown patch, irrgular shape, and hard, and the skin is dry above it, but it won't loosen or pick off. Ds can't remembr what/how/where/when it started. Should I be worried?

Whether you should be worried is immaterial.... you clearly are worried already. Would suggest therefore that you take him to the doctor and let them decide if it's something that needs treatment or not.
