suddenly felt like I was on fire. Had burning sensation in my neck, back and ears then face. Then I started finding it hard to breathe, then felt like i was having braxton hicks contractions (i'm not pregnant), then as if someone was hammering inside my jaw. Then my chest felt tight and i got pins and needles in my hands and arms. Now I can't stand as I am wobbly and fall over.

As far as i know these aren't symptoms of any condition so all i can think is an allergic reaction? I have just had a beef chop suey from the takeaway? MSG?

...could very well be allergic reaction or even a panic attack. Would look at any foods/meds you've consumed in the last while for culprits and def call NHS 24 if you're worried or dont feel any better. x

if you're still wobbly and can't stand you need to get emergency treatment.

they would want to rule out cardiac involvement for one thing even though it's not a classic presentation.
