we have all had a rotten bug. the worst is over, and sadly I am well enough to be back at work, but I still have pretty bad nausea. Anyone got some good tips? Don't mind whether they are woo or conventional .

Well I get a lot of nausea from the cancer treatment I'm on. Tips I've had are: ginger tea and lemon tea - both quite good if sipped slowly (with a bit of sugar in). peppermint tea or peppermint cordial also can help.

I also use those travel sickness acupressure bands (from chemists)- haven't quite decide how well they work yet, I tend to use them in conjunction with other things.

Those are the sligtly wooish things
More conventionally I take domperidone (an anti sickness drug)for nausea you could ask your doc. for something similar if it gets too bad.

Sorry to hear about your cancer - really hope the treatment goes as well as can be.

Thanks - I'm fine, nausea's a bugger though isn't it?
