hi just been to see the surgeon about my shoulder. He has told me ive got impingment syndrome, and reffered me for an urgent operation to correct it. I had the pre-op assesment today.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this op and how it went was it as painful for as long as the surgeon said it would be?

Did you have to wear a sling for long and how long before you got back to normal life.

Thanks in advance
