I feel absolutely knackered with no eergy whatsoever, I've started to suffer with ibs lately and constantly get headaches and bugs. Plus my skin looks crap. Also, I keep proscastinating over everything and finding it really hard to get out of bed in a morning which is no good with a 1 year old ds and a puppy! Does anybody have any advice over how to get myself out of this grotty way of life and start feeling more energetic?? (don't mean to sound too desperate lol but I've tried books and all to no avail!)
