Ugh, I feel like death...

I've got full blown indigestion. Had it last night, could not get to sleep. Had to wake up my grandparents, since I live at home. Was sick last night after some indigestion tablets, which didn't make me feel so great.

My stomach still hurts, I'm slowly doing lots of little burps but it's taking it's sweet time to go away

Any tips (Apart from never eating tuna again- it was tuna sandwiches that did it- felt them sitting like a brick for 9 hours before the real pain started!)

Even at 20 I need a cuddle Had a little one last night which did make me feel better!

peptobismol helps when I get this, or alkaseltzer XS...

'Twas the alkaseltzer that made me sick, so very hesitant to try that again!

Have just eaten a dry cracker though, the pain is going away slowly, and I just felt...peckish. I'm having a very light food day today, and probably tomorrow.

The worst thing is, I think I was a bit stupid for not telling someone sooner! I went to bed at about half 10, and it was half 1 before I said anything. My mum is working a 12 hour shift today, and luckily we didn't wake her up, but she knows I'm below par and said, "awww, she's never had full blown stomach trouble before!". Going to send a text to her to tell her I've surfaced from bed!

Thanks for the hug too

oh i see..

Actually my MIL had something very similar when we were there at Xmas, woke with terrible indigestion then was sick and felt awful the day after with a sore stomach.

So it could well be a bug...
