I'm pretty sure that my younger son has molluscum - 4 or 5 tiny spots on his arm that were angry red but have now faded a bit. He's had them for about 5 weeks. One of the carers at his nursery said she thought it was mollusucm too. Will they definitely spread? Or might he just have these tiny ones?
