My knee has been sore on and off for the last month os so. Fell quite heavily on it as a teenager so expect some amount of discomfort. However, now when I sit down I can feel it pulsing. Has anyone any experience of this?

I've had a similar thing and was also putting it down to an accident when I was younger. However, my personal trainer had suggested that it could be that due to the cold weather I had less 'lubricant' fluid in my knee than usual and the best thing was to keep it moving as this stimulates fluid production. Hope this helps?

Thank you for that.

Erm... not wanting to worry you but my knee was like that. Only I let mine be sore for about 7 months before I finally went to the dr's. He referred me to a knee surgeon. I had a torn cartilage. On the 1st Sept I had keyhole surgery to the knee.

I would go and see your gp.
