I went for a run Tuesday before Christmas - 5 miles nothing out of the ordinary and all was fine.
Christmas Eve i had a strain in my leg - thigh on the inside. It has got steadily worse and gradually moved down the inside of my leg into my calf and is now on the front of my ankle. It hurts and feels brusied to the touch but it is not bruised.
Any ideas? Im thinking now its nothing to do with a running injury but not sure what to do about it
