Toning Tables - do they work??

I m thinking of trying the toning tables but not sure if ill be wasting my money,

I tried a few years ago as I was given a free voucher... very amusing but I don't know if they work as I never went back

They are crap - you can't exercise without putting in some effort! (well you can but won't work)

I knew a very big boned girl who swore by them
