dental query

ds who's 10 has pain in lower front gum, it looks to me to be caused by the front four teeth bunching, there are no gaps in his bottom row of teeth and at the moment they're really straight. One 'tooth' in particular hurts and he thinks it's wobbly, I can't see any evidence of that though. He's complained of slight pain on and off for weeks now. Can the dentist help or would I just be bothering him? I feel like he's always there replacing fillings etc! (3 times in last 6 mths)

No harm getting it checked out - dentisit is there to be bothered if needed - hope you get to the bottem of things.
