OK
I've fallen over and smacked my face on the ground big graze all over the left side, fat lip and a huge cut below my nose with lots of blood. I also have REALLY sore top front teeth.
My lip is all swollen and numb but my teeth really hurt over 2 hours later and it feels funny when I touch them together.

any idea what it means?
I'm probably going to the emergency dentist this evening

will I loose the teeth?
do they splint teeth to stop them falling out?

(I don't think they're wobbly)

Thanks all we're having an unbelievably bad time currently (child in hospital anniversary of parents death) and I'm really struggling to cope with everything.

I'm off to try and get new glasses so might not see a reply immediately but thanks anyway

You POOR POOR THING!!!

How are you now?

No idea what it means really, I probably would go to the dentist if it keeps on that way.

Hope it feels better by now.

Be careful!

Oh no hope everythings is ok

I did this earlier this year when it snowed exactly the same thing went over and landed on my face, cut my lip and bashed my front teeth and cut all the gum open

As I was completely inebriated a little tipsy I didn;t realise how bad it was till the morning, my gum was blue black and swollen and my teeth felt how you described

I went to the dentist and she had a try of wobbling the teeth and said they felt fine, probably bruising that was hurting but she did an xray just to make sure I hadn't snapped the nerve

It's months later and they are much better infact felt better after a week or so, my gum however still isn't quite right

Thanks which hope gum settles down is it sore? did she say it will?

I've just enjoyed some mashed potato ultimate comfort food

fingers crossed
