I did loads of cleaning today and when I looked under the table to undo the latches to close it up I felt really sick and dizzy. Later I went really cold. Even now, hours later I am feeling really really sick and have a bit of a head ache.

have you eaten anything , maybe you have gone too long without food & this is why you are feeling sickly ,

Dh made me bacon, egg and mushrooms and that was about 9. Had a double decker after feeling crap and then a banana and oat scone at 3.15pm. Sheps pie at 4.30pm. Feel really out of it.

Sounds like you are definately coming down with summat. Feeling really cold/having chills is usually a sign that you are going to have a temparature soon.

I feel like crying but have no energy too. Hate this sick feeling.

Painkillers and bed?

biggirlsdontcry · 13/12/2009 20:39

mmmm thought it might be low blood sugar , i get that dizzy & sick feeling if i haven't eaten , its so easy to forget about food when you get stuck into the never ending housework , maybe try get an early night just in case you are coming down with something , x

Did you strain your neck. I have a trapped nerve in my neck which can flare up and make me feel very ill at times.
I would second painkillers and bed.

biggirlsdontcry · 13/12/2009 20:41

have you got any " motilium " to take , they are great fora sickly tummy & work very quickly

FabIsGettingReadyForChristmas · 13/12/2009 20:41

Thanks. I think I will jump in the shower to get warm and then snuggle up in bed soon.

Haven't felt like this for ages. Feel shakey too.

Were you using strong cleaning products? I think if you breathe them in they might make you feel a bit odd.

FabIsGettingReadyForChristmas · 13/12/2009 21:09

No. I was fine until looking underneath the table to undo the catches.
