Spotty chest

I have a itchy spotty rash on my upper chest - had the same last week and then it calmed down and now it's come back.

What's the best thing to get to soothe it? The itching is driving me nuts.

I don't know - it's on my upper chest rather than boobs which isn't somewhere you normally sweat?

I'm wondering if it's an allergic reaction to my facial moisturiser, I had excess on my hands the other morning so I just applied to upper chest rather than waste it. Then the rash came out. It's a cheap moisturiser as I ran out and couldn't get to a boots to get my normal one.

could be. If the spots arent broken or infected looking you could try a small amount of hydrocortisone for no longer than 5 days, anthisan cream which is an antihistamine cream,or a cetirizine tablet

OK I have hydrocortisone in, skin doesn't seem broken so will try that. Thanks very much.

only put it on thinly,no more than twice a day for 5 days. if it doesnt go,go and see doc
