blood in BM oops

sorry to ask , but i have IBS had sigmoidoscopy last year .
but this morning had red blood at end of motion i do have internal piles , gastro man told me when he was there so im hoping this will be it ?

any others ?

Pretty certain it's your piles.
try not to worry- anything more sinister would be darker blood and in t he poo probably.

It's worth getting it checked. I have IBD and occasionally get a splosh of bright red blood, which is frankly terrifying. I'm told it's the colitis, but these things are always worth getting looked at.
